Easy 4 Ingredient Strawberry Mango Sorbet.
This sorbet is... Creamy, Sweet, Refreshing + most importantly, delicious.
Give it a try. No ice cream maker is required.
All you need is... a good quality blender (we used a vitamix) and an anxious little toddler.
5 cups of frozen RIPE fruit - We used half mango, half strawberry. Both ORGANIC
1/8 c Organic Cane Sugar + 1/2 c Water
You can add an optional squeeze of lemon or lime juice if you'd like, but it was PERFECT.
Dissolve your sugar in your water mixture.
Add it to you blender.
Add your fruit on top.
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately or put it in a plastic wrap lined pan and popped it in the freezer for later, as pictured above.
It's SO DAMN GOOD.
Healthy + Delicious.
And... depending on how ripe and sweet your fruit is, you don't NEED to add any add sugar.
Justice LOVED it and he can't wait to have another 3 scoops after dinner.
